Our clinic has 4 Initial evaluation options along with completely customizable options. Below are just two of the many options ranging from the most basic to the most complex evaluation available. Initial evaluations generally run between $149-799+, depending on the complexity of evaluation needed. Your health care professional will review options with you during your first visit based on your goals, past and present medical history.

$50 Basic Testosterone Screening Test

• Simple testosterone blood test
• No initial evaluation required

Medications will not be prescribed based on screening test.

If you want to truly jumpstart your healthy lifestyle, CoastalT offers this package of 3 remote sessions with our Licensed and Registered Dietitian. The dietary consult is a one-one-one initial evaluation lasting 60 minutes and two 30 minute follow-up visits to answer your questions and help you stay on track. Here at CoastalT, we know that there are no cookie-cutter solutions for weight loss or a healthier lifestyle, which is why each consult is customized to meet your specific needs based on a complete and thorough evaluation using the latest technology and lab values. Utilizing this information, our dietitian will create the optimal plan to meet your needs, as well as your personal goals. This premium service is available through CoastalT where we look forward to walking with you through the journey into better health!

Many insurance plans specifically exclude services for the treatment of obesity or medical weight loss management. It is for this reason that we do not accept health insurance and are a fee-for-service clinic. We do not bill insurance companies for services; however, some insurance companies may reimburse you for our services. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to process their own insurance claims.
