The visit started with  bloodwork and the use of not just any scale, but one that told me more about my body that I have ever learned at any practitioner's office ever! The lady (I didn't catch her name) who drew my blood was very pleasant and gentle. Shannon then spent a lot of time with me going over my medical history, listening to my concerns,  and offering initial feedback. It was very evident that she genuinely cares about the overall health and well-being of her patients.
